How Do I Order Online?

Newton's Novelties is proud to carry one of the most comprehensive lineup of fun collectibles, gifts and novelties. To order our products online simply locate your selection either by browsing through the product sections, or by using our "Search" feature to locate an item.

Once you have located the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply press the "Add Item to Cart" button for each item. This will create a shopping cart for your order. You can view or change the contents of your shopping cart at any time by pressing the "Shopping Cart" button on the top of every screen. Once you have completed your shopping and are ready to check out, choose the "Shopping Cart" button and select checkout. You will then arrive at the registration page where you can create your own account. Then complete the necessary fields to create your profile for future use. You can also change any information on your order at this point. Please make sure to hit the "Submit Info" button every time you add or modify any information.

Once you have the order information exactly as you want it, choose the "Submit Order" button. If all the information you supplied is valid, you will see a new page asking what your preferred method of shipping is.  Choose the "submit" button again and you will get a new page asking you to verify all the order information.  It will also include an order number. Please print this page or record this number for your records. *If you do not see this page, your order was not placed. If any of the information you provided was not valid, you will be returned to the order entry form and asked to correct it.

Once your order has been successfully received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This will include a brief summary of your order and Newton's Novelties contact information.

Can I Order by Mail or Fax?

Yes, we understand that, while none of our customers have ever had trouble with security on our site, many of you still may not feel comfortable ordering over the internet. With that in mind we try to make your offline shopping experience as simple as it is for our online customers.

To order by fax, phone or mail, simply follow the steps outlined above but before choosing the "Place Order" or "Submit" button, just print out the order form. Then either:

Is Using My Credit Card Secure?

Newton's Novelties has gone to great lengths to make its credit card processing area safe. Our site utilizes a secure server link employing encryption technology. Our servers use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (version 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (version 3.0 and above) browsers. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be intercepted as the information travels over the Internet between your browser and our site. Many experts believe that today’s encryption techniques make using a credit card on the Internet safer than using your credit card to make telephone transactions.

What About Returns?

Newton's Novelties strives to exceed our customers' expectations in all regards. This includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our standard products. Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any in stock items you purchased from Newton's Novelties, for any reason, for a  refund.  Due to the high costs of offering secure online transactions, any order that is returned due to no fault of Newt's Playing Card, will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. This is because the credit card servers charge us about 4% of the sale to process the sale, and then another 4% to process the refund.  

If, however, when you receive your order, it is either damaged, defective, or misspelled (our error), you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund.  

If you are unhappy with your order, simply call customer service at 614-834-9350 and state why it is being returned, and we will give you a Return Authorization # to return it.

Discontinued or obsolete items are not returnable or they are as listed (NFL and NASCAR product is not returnable because it is being discontinued).

Once you place your order, shipping and handling amounts are calculated based on the shipping method and and amount you purchase.  Available shipping methods include:

Delivery outside the United States in 10-15 business days after it ships from our facility in Columbus, OH.  This is not a guarentee, just an estimate time.  Please allow extra time for international shipments. Deliveries Through U.S. Postal Service - Handling Charge Included. We are unable to ship to some countries due to sanctions and restrictions. We cannot sell playing cards to every country.  Many countries have very strict rules regarding the purchase of playing cards.

CUSTOMS CHARGES- We are required by law to note the contents and the value of every international package, even if it is a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. Newton's Novelties is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what they may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for more information.
