shipping that you choose. Choosing Second-Day Air or Priority Mail Shipping
does not mean your order will be delivered in 2-3 days
from the time you place your order. You will receive
your order 2-3 Business days after the "Estimated
Shipping Time From Our Warehouse."
DELIVERY METHOD SHIPPING TIME (ESTIMATED): Your
website told me an item was available, but I received a
message telling me my order could not be fulfilled. Why
does this happen?
Although we do our best to keep our inventory
accurate, occasionally items become no longer available
or go on backorder before we can update the information
on our website. If an item is on backorder, you will
receive notification of the estimated date we expect to
ship the backordered item via email.
Many times our product is available only in VERY
LIMITED QUANTITIES and many times they sell out very
quickly. Currently we update our website inventory
status on a daily basis. So there is a possibility that
an item may show as available when it has recently sold
out. All orders are processed and fulfilled on a
first-come first-served basis. In addition, if you order
a large quantity of a title, you may exceed our
available inventory. In this case, we will ship
everything we have available. You will be notified by
email if your order exceeds our available inventory.
Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally items become no longer available or go on backorder. If an item is on backorder, you will receive notification of the estimated date we expect to ship the backordered item via email. If we do not have a valid email address for you we will notify you with a postcard sent by regular U.S. mail or try to call you. If an item is on backorder it will be shipped to you via parcel post at no extra charge when the item arrives in our warehouse. Your credit card will never be charged until an item is actually shipped to you.

Can I pay by check or call my order in over the phone?
We are happy to accept payment by check for items
that you find on our website. If you decide to pay by
check please be sure to follow all of the steps listed
below. For the reasons stated above, we encourage you to
order through our website. Our secure server uses
sophisticated encryption technology making it nearly
impossible for someone to intercept and decode your
credit card and personal data. If you are uncomfortable
sending your credit card number over the Internet, you
may also call our order number and place your order on
the phone by using a major credit card. For best
service, our internet order department is available from
8:30 am to 5 pm EST. However, you may still place orders
via our general sales department Monday through Friday,
