Can I Change My Order?
You can change/alter/modify your order at any point during the online ordering process.

Our systems holds all the day's orders in a queue until 5:00PM EST, at which time they are batch-processed. Once the automated fulfillment process is started, we can not, even with notification, stop it and/or make a change to it.

This is due to the fact that we receive thousands of pieces of correspondence on a daily basis. This factor, in conjunction with our automated production process, makes it both physically and logistically impossible to "flag" one particular order and alter it in any way.

Should you discover you made a spelling mistake BEFORE 5:00PM EST, please fill out an email to Amend your Order, and make any necessary corrections. You may also call 614-834-9326 for faster service.  Please note this form is just for spelling mistakes or address corrections. We can not add to or subtract from an existing order. As changing an order requires manually removing it from the automation process, allow additional time for delivery. See our shipping schedules for more details.

 

Return Policy
Newt's Playing Cards stands behind the quality of every product we sell.

Understandably, personalized items can NOT be accepted for return.

If, however, when you receive your order, it is either damaged, defective, or misspelled (our error), you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or refund.  Authorized returns of merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking charge or minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater.  Newton's Novelties will not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product we manufactured. Shipping charges can not be credited and return shipping is the customer's
responsibility.

All authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. If you received a damaged or misspelled product, please send an email to RETURNS or call 614-834-9326 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns received without an authorization number are refused on delivery.

 

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by close of the same business day (5:00PM EST) you placed your order. At 5:00PM, all the day's orders are batch-processed, and we can not cancel/change/modify them after this time.

Per the "Digital Agreement" you signed online, any cancellations not the result of Newt's Playing Card, the customer is still responsible for all credit card processing fees. (See below).

If it is before 5:00PM, please call us at 614-834-9326 to notify us of the cancellation.

 

I Made a Mistake & Need a Replacement
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 15% discount. Simply enter REPLACEMENT (all Caps) in the Customer Code discount box on the online order form. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

 

Restocking Fee
Due to the high costs of offering secure online transactions, any order that is canceled or returned due to no fault of Newt's Playing Card, will be subject to an 10% restocking fee. This is because the credit card servers charge us about about this much to process and credit your order.

 

Digital Agreement
Below is the text from our online order form stating our digital agreement:

By clicking on the 'Submit Order' button, you acknowledge and agree that you have digitally signed your credit card receipt and are legally bound by the policies and provisions of the issuing bank and E-Quiver, Inc. (Including it's divisions Newton's Novelties, Newt's Playing Cards, Rachel's Nature, Lauren Industries and The ClipLink).

 

 
 

CUSTOMS CHARGES- We are required by law to note the contents and the value of every international package, even if it is a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. Newton's Novelties is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what they may be.
