Every set of Kem Cards is guaranteed serviceable for at least 600 rubbers - or an equivalent if the set is used in other games - played within one year from the purchase date.

Kem Cards are guaranteed for one year against all manufacturing defects.

Kem Cards are guaranteed washable, provided that the cleaning instructions are carefully observed.

Prompt replacement will be made by Kem under teh terms of this guarantee in any instance where a manufacturing defect has been eastablished within the stated time limit.

To prolong the life of Kem Cards:

Play on a soft cloth or felt covered surface.

Occasionally wipe off KEM cards with a damp cloth and let dry thoroughly.

KEM Plastic Playing Cards, Inc., stands behind its product. It offers the finest and most distinguished playing cards and service in the world.

Kem Cards will last a remarkably long time with proper care. Here are some useful "Do's" and "Don'ts":

Keep your Kem Cards clean. They will reward you with longer life. Washing makes Kem Cards perform like new for years (see "Guarantee"). Please follow these instructions (we especially recommend washing described under f):

Use cold water, mild neutral soap solution and a soft cloth only. Never use hot water for washing.
Clean only a few cards at a time.
Rub very lightly on both sides and rinse quickly.
Dry thoroughly at once using a clean, soft cloth.
Spread Kem Cards on a table and allow up to one hour on each side to dry; avoid direct sunshine or proximity of heating elements.
Instead of (c), you can just wipe the cards off with a damp cloth and let dry.

Never use detergent or alkaline soap!

Never wash Kem Cards in a washing machine!

Never put Kem Cards away damp, either from washing or perspiration.

Play on dye-proof, soft tables only.

Never store Kem Cards exposed to sunshine or any other source of heat.

REPLACEMENTS

Save the replacement card from each deck. If you didn't or have misplaced it, send the Ace of Spades along with $.60 for each card requested plus $.90 for the handling to:

For international requests, please send $.60 for each card requested plus $1.70 handling for up to three cards. Add $2.50 handling for requests of four to six cards.

If you have cards older than 5 years, you may send them and Kem will try their best to match them.
